Belly Dance
The Middle East is one of the oldest civilizations
in the world. Today we can witness and share in these
civilizations through Belly Dance.
Belly Dance has been done for thousands of years as
part of cultural traditions, fun and exercise.
Women of all shapes and sizes enjoy the courses offered
through the World of Dances. Each course is designed
for dancers of all levels, including those who have
no dance experience. Every level teaches specific
controlled movements that are used in Belly Dance. The first 2 levels of dancing at World of
Dance include a choreographed dance routine to show
students how to link individual movements together.
In later levels students learn ways of creating their
own dances. In addition participants learn history
and traditions of belly dance from dancing outside
after your chores, to American Cabaret for entertainment.
Adult Dress
Women –Middle Eastern Dance- Coin belt is needed
prior to first class and are available for purchase
from instructor. Circle skirt & veils will be
needed after week 6 (Ballet slippers, light weight
tennis shoes or jazz shoes.) Shoes are not required.

Hip Hop Belly Dance
Fusing
two electrifying dance movements together! Students will enjoy
learning both belly dance moves and hip hop moves in full
combinations and dramatic choreography. A unique teaching style that
is best signature at the World of Dances will quickly get you moving
around the dance floor.

for anyone, any ability level and any age. This
program is designed for participants with very
little experience! The moves have been carefully
designed to be easy to follow by individuals of any

along and extremely effective! Dance styles,
including Merengue, Cha-Cha, Cumbia, Belly Dance,
Rumba, Tango and Salsa! Achieve long term benefits

All Level Yoga
This all levels class is perfect for
beginners or advanced alike, as it is designed to
adapt to all body types, fitness levels and age.
This class is designed for everyone and uses classic
asanas (postures) with concentration on correct
form, through a moderate series of combinations with
occasional holding periods in order to develop
strength and inner awareness. Pranayama (breath
work) will be introduced and incorporated throughout
the practice. This class will help expand your
view of what is possible, and transform your body
and uplift your mind and spirit.
Ashtanga
Yoga
Astanga Yoga is a 5,000 year old set
sequence of postures designed to bring incredible,
strenght, flexibility and endurance to the body and
a sense of stillness to the mind. This class
will teach the fundamentals of Astanga yoga, Sun
salutations, Ujjayi breath, Energy locks and
Vinyasas which will lead you into full primary
series of Ashtanga yoga. Ashtanga's intensity can
also invoke positive life transformations off the
mat, helping you to live fully, with a deep sense of
Self in your daily life. This class is designed for
more experienced yoga students, yet beginners are
always welcom.
