Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic practice using poses, breath, & mantra. No yoga experience is needed at all. Class can easily be done from a chair or sitting on the floor.

What to expect in class

40 minutes of gentle movements, using powerful breath, & mental focus. These movements, with your breath will strengthen the nervous system, balances the glands, purifies the blood, and cleans out subconscious thought patterns.

10 minutes- Deep relaxation which will strengthen and balance your nervous system.

3 minutes- Meditation learning how to navigate daily emotions & problems

You will leave class feeling energized, balanced, & a clear mental focus.

Bring a blanket or a mat for deep relaxation.
